Cape Town Spurs CEO Alexi Efstathiou admits their DStv Premiership survival ambitions are no longer under their control.
Efstathiou reveals that as a club, they are well aware they will need a huge favour from fellow Premier Soccer League side for them to remain in the elite division Premiership next season.
With only five league matches remaining, the Urban Warriors are stuck at the bottom of the table with only 15 points collected after 26 matches.

They are eights points behind Richards Bay FC, who are just above them on the log table.
Efstathiou admits all they are playing for now is a spot in the playoffs.
"At this stage, we will just take it one minute at a time, our survival is no longer in our hands," Efstathiou tells KickOff.
"We will just play each game at a time, and whatever happens will happen. It is what it is now, we can't look back, we have to move forward.
"I don't want to talk about the referees, but some decisions went for us and some went against us. Let's just hope things are good going forward.
"I think being involved in the play-offs put a huge dent on our pre-season plans.
"As for the mood in the camp currently, everything is normal, it's relaxed. We are not thinking too far ahead."
Spurs still have to play Royal AM [away], SuperSport United [away], Lamontville Golden Arrows [away] and Kaizer Chiefs [home].
In other news, Efstathiou confirmed that veteran player Surprise Ralani will no longer feature for the Urban Warriors in their four remaining games, but will continue to receive his salary from the club until the end of his contract, which is June 2024.
"Surprise Ralani, ja, at the moment he is not with us, ja. I don't think the coach, Ernst Middendorp, was going to use him for the rest season.

"His contract with us runs until the end of the season, but the coach wasn't gonna use him.
"In other words, the club will continue paying his salary until the end of the season."
