TS Galaxy in CAS dispute date with ex-player
DStv Premiership club TS Galaxy's date at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in their dispute with Bosnia-Herzegovina defender Igor Makitan will finally arrive this week.
The Tim Sukazi-owned club has had an 'issue' with Makitan that has now dragged on two years since he made his last appearance for the club.

Makitan signed for Sukazi's club at the beginning of the 2021/22 season from FK Krupa in his homeland along with fellow countryman and goalkeeper Vasilije Kolak.
Their signings were made three months before Serbian-German, Sead Ramovic, took over from Owen da Gama in October 2021.
Kolak remains at Galaxy for the third season in a row and has already been between the posts for 12 league games, but Makitan left after having only played the opening 13 games of the 2021/22 season.
The towering defender started every match but was red carded 20 minutes into his last appearance against Marumo Gallants in December 2021.
Since then, the 29-year-old has not played any competitive football having failed to feature in a single game during the 2022/23 season.
On Thursday, January 18, 2024 – TS Galaxy will come against Makitan in seeking to settle the dispute.
CAS has the dispute under 'CAS 2023/A/9618 TS Galaxy Football Club v. Igor Makitan'.
