Oupa Manyisa, Joseph Molangoane take Tshakhuma TTM to PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber

Oupa Manyisa's representative has given an update on the player's situation with Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila as the 32-year-old sits without a club.

After signing a contract with TTM, the former Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns star decided to stop training after the club allegedly failed to honour the agreement they had.

Earlier this month the Venda-based side announced that they had parted ways with Manyisa and ex-Kaizer Chiefs pair Joseph Molangoane and Gustavo Paez.

According to Manyisa's agent Tshepo Mabona, they have now taken the matter to the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber as the midfielder continues to train on his own.

"It's very difficult to accept a contract right now because it will mean that, that contract we accept will minus from the current claim," Mabona tells snl24.com/kickoff.

"So we are basically sitting with him training, and we've filed with the PSL, we are waiting for a response, and then we will take it from there.

"There's nothing that tied him to TTM because they've breached, so he's basically a free player. He's not party to the contract anymore because they haven't paid him for three months. We have put in a claim and we are waiting for that process.

"Both of them with Molangoane, they have served the club with the notice of demand, the club has not responded in time, they then filed the matter to go to the DRC of the PSL."

Vhadau Vha Damani chief executive officer Sello Chokoe could not be reached for comment.
