What happened?
Vilakazi has been partnered with Nike for many years and even featured in their 2015 unveiling of the local boot called the Magista. This long standing relationship has led to a long list of boots being collected over the years that would make most people envious.
Today, on Instagram, the 31-year-old posted a picture in his latest kicks, as the new 2021/22 DStv Premiership season gets closer to starting and the anticipation is starting to grow among the players as they aim to have a good season in the upcoming campaign.

Boots collection?
Vila has a range of Nikes consisting of Phantoms GTs,Magistas ,Mercurials and many more of the apparel's latest creations. It is not known if the attacker gets custom made boots but the striker likes to get his initials on the boots.
The ex-Bidvest Wits man is sponsored by Nike but was not able to show off his skills after suffering a long injury layoff in the 2020/21 campaign. But now the Brazilian's star looks set to be back to full fitness and ready to show his goalscoring prowess.

Does he just wear Nike boots?
No, Vilakazi is also known to be one of South Africa's most stylish players who is often pictured in Nike clothes from head to toe, with the player preferring to dress casually unlike other players who prefer to dress in formal or semi formal attire.
