BREAKING | TS Galaxy sensation completes European move
TS Galaxy's rising star Aphelele Teto is just days away from concluding a European move to Scottish Premier League side Livingston, KickOff can reveal.
KickOff previously reported at the end of May that the 20-year-old was the subject of heavy interest from the European outfit.
Now, KickOff has it on good authority that Teto has agreed to personal terms and is set to sign a four-year deal with Livingston following the two clubs reaching an agreement in June.
The deal, which is subject to medicals and finalising of documentation, came close to collapsing due to disagreements over personal terms in recent weeks, however, negotiations got back on track towards the end of June and into the start of July.

Galaxy chairman Tim Sukazi will feel pleased as the move came as a result of the team's Turkish tour in December last year, where The Rockets spent just over two weeks competing against a host of renowned European opponents.
According to Daily Record, Livingston were also in Turkey for a mini-tournament at the time and that is where the Scottish club first enquired about Teto, who had impressed with some stand-out performances.
Official talks between the two clubs are understood to date as far back as February, with Livingston head coach David Martindale keen on having Teto in Scotland as possible to begin preparations for the season.
The Eastern-Cape-born attacker is expected to travel to Scotland this week to finalise the tail-end of the deal, including medicals and final documentation.

Teto came through the Carlos Soccer Youth Development Academy ranks before joining Galaxy's DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) team where he featured briefly and made the step-up to the senior team in March 2022.
He is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in South African football since making his debut last year and was a key player for the Rockets last season before strangely being demoted back to the DDC team where he spent the rest of the campaign.
The versitile attacker becomes the latest high-profile exit in a mass exodus at the Rocket's camp, with Given Msimango having joined Kaizer Chiefs and Melusi Buthelezi to Orlando Pirates among others ahead of the new season.
For Livingston, Teto is set to be the third signing after midfielder Mo Sangare and centre-back Michael Devlin have both already put pen to paper with the Lions.
