Sukazi: I'm prepared to help Rulani get UEFA Pro
Sead Ramovic's criticism of Rulani Mokwena's coaching qualifications may seem unwarranted, but TS Galaxy chairman Tim Sukazi has insisted the 37-year-old has to be in line with UEFA if he has ambitions of coaching in Europe.
The Rockets' 1-1 draw against Mamelodi Sundowns in the DStv Premiership on Tuesday was marred by ugly scenes of violence emanating from the two coaches' hostile feud.
In his post-match interview, Ramovic suggested that the efforts by his side were made through the highest qualification, among others, as a reference to his UEFA Pro Licence compared to Mokwena, whose highest coaching qualification is the CAF A Licence.

"If they want to beat us again, maybe they should buy (Kylian) Mbappe, (Cristiano) Ronaldo and (Lionel) Messi, maybe then he (Mokwena) has a bigger chance. If not, he has to take the highest education because this is what he doesn't have," Ramovic said on SuperSport TV, in part.
Mokwena's impact at The Brazilians since being appointed sole head coach has been immense and, as confirmed by his agent Steve Kapeluschnik to this publication, there have been overseas enquiries for his services.
The erudite tactician has built a name for himself with the side's style of play, and recently the Tshwane giants were listed as the third-best team in the world with the shortest average passing distance by Wyscout - only behind Bayer Leverkusen and Tottenham Hotspur.
However, Sukazi has insisted that if Mokwena wants to coach in Europe, he has to get the UEFA Pro License.
"Such matters, such as football education, I'm on record that I wish Rulani Mokwena can go and coach in Europe. Unfortunately, in Europe they want a UEFA Pro Licence," Sukazi said on Metro FM Sports.
"So, if he could get that… and I said if he can't or they can't take him there, I'm prepared to take him there I'm record (saying that). So, that was before all this hullabaloo. That shows the belief I have in him the man and as a coach.
"If a UEFA Pro Licence would give him the opportunity one day to coach in Europe, we will be proud in South Africa. We'll love to see that happen, I'll support that," Sukazi added.
Pitso Mosimane is the only Southern African coach with a CAF Pro Licence, which is equivalent to the UEFA Pro Licence (the highest football coaching qualification in the world), after the highest qualification in Africa was introduced in 2018 in partnership with the Morocco Football Federation.

The inaugural course was affected by COVID-19 but continued post the pandemic, with the former Sundowns coach among the first 23 coaches awarded with the coaching diploma (CAF Pro License) in June 2022.
