Sukazi: The only way Rulani case can be sorted out
TS Galaxy chairman Tim Sukazi has revealed why they took a stance to take Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena to court following allegations made against Sead Ramovic.
Mokwena, in his post-match interview after their 3-0 win over Galaxy on April 29, alleged that Ramovic instructed his players to injure Bongani Zungu, who had to be stretchered off shortly after coming on late in the game.
The midfielder was responsible for the tackle that threatened Bernard Parker's career early in the season, and the young tactician suggested that Ramovic had instructed his players to target Zungu for revenge.

Those allegations aside, Mokwena and Ramovic have been involved in a war of words in the media and their beef escalated to a bigger scale following those comments.
Things got heated between the two camps in their recent 1-1 draw on Tuesday, with police intervening to avoid a brawl on the pitch and in the stands post-match.
Sukazi says they had to drag the 37-year-old to court, after sending a letter to the club requesting him to retract his statement, as they deem his comments to have tarnished the TS Galaxy brand.
"Look, these are utterances that went public, so the only way for that to be sorted out is for them to be retracted, issue a statement, in video and written form so you don't tarnish in any way our name and reputation, as a project and a club. You know, it affects a lot of things - we're talking to potential sponsors, now we're portrayed as this violent club.
"People look at this and now the message from a very influential persona, in the form of the head coach of Sundowns, suggesting we have violence... These things affect a whole number of things, that's why we wanted them retracted immediately.
"When he made those utterances to suggest that there were some concoctions [on the part of] our technical team or the head coach or players to injure Bongani Zungu, who I come a long way with generally, whom I've admired for many years... He knows it too, that was very much hurtful and, as a matter of principle, we had to take a stance and a position.
"I have no doubt in mind that there is no such. We can never as a club preach for one of our own to go and injure another human being to end their career, possibly. Never, no chance!"

Mokwena is seemingly not deterred after saying, "Let's meet in court" when asked about the court proceedings against him following their DStv Premiership draw on Tuesday.
The Rockets are reportedly suing the African Football League winner R1 million for reputational damage.
