Retirement for trio?
TS Galaxy's confirmation that Bernard Parker, Vuyo Mere and Lindokuhle Mbatha will not be staying at the club could signal retirement for the trio.
Parker is 38, Mere 40 and Mbatha 39, giving them a combined age of 117 years.

Of the three, it was Mbatha who played the most last season, with 28 appearances on the wing defying his age.
Parker made a steady return from an ugly injury to finish with 10 appearances, while Mere only featured once.
Mbatha could fancy continuing considering that he has played regularly for the last six years.
Worth noting is that Parker spent 11 years rising to become Amakhosi's all-time top scorer in the PSL era years.
Though he once endured a spell stretching 61 games without scoring at Chiefs, Parker ultimately went out with 62 goals, making him the club's top scorer since domestic football was restructured and re-branded into the PSL in August 1996.

Also leaving TS Galaxy is Hugo Vidal, Orebotse Mongae, and Vasilije Kolak while Lehlohonolo Mojela is joining Stellenbosch FC.
