England booked their spot at next year's World Cup after demolishing ten-man San Marino 10-0 on Monday night.
Harry Kane enjoyed another fruitful night after netting four goals, while an own goal from Filippo Fabbri and further strikers from Emile Smith Rowe and Tyrone Mings made it 8-0.
San Marino were reduced to ten men 22 minutes before time afer Dante Rossi got a second booking and was sent off, before Tammy Abraham and Bukayo Saka completed the rout late to make it 10-0.
Northern Ireland 0-0 Italy
Italy lost out on automatic qualification by the narrow margin of goal difference in Group C after they were held to a goalless stalemate by Northern Ireland at Windsor Park.
Roberto Mancini's charges needed at least a point to qualify automatically but dropped down to second spot with a lesser goal difference than Switzerland, who beat Bulgaria 4-0 to book a spot in the finals.
However, the European champions will now compete in the play-offs for a spot at next year's World Cup.
Scotland 2-0 Denmark
Scotland handed Denmark their first loss in Group F after a 2-0 win at Hampden Park.
John Souttar broke the deadlock for the Tartan Army ten minutes before the half-time break and Che Adams put the game to bed with the second goal four minutes before time.
Scotland had already secured a play-off spot but increased their chances of being seeded, while Denmark had already qualified for World Cup.
Poland 1-2 Hungary
Poland, who were already assured of a play-off spot in Group I, lost for the second time after a 2-1 defeat to Hungary at PGE Narodowy.
Andras Schafer broke the deadlock for the visitors eight minutes before the half-time break and Karol Swiderski levelled matters for Poland on the hour-mark.
However, Daniel Gazdag netted the winner for Hungary ten minutes before time.
