UEFA Nations League wrap

Italy rallied from a goal down in the second half to force a 1-1 draw against Bosnia and Herzegovina in their League A UEFA Nations League tie at the Artemio Franchi Stadium on Friday evening.

Arsenal's Sead Kolasinac and AS Roma's Edin Dzeko started for the visitors, while Inter Milan duo Stefano Sensi and Nicolo Barella started in midfield for the Italians who targeted a 12th win in a row.

Dzeko gave Bosnia the lead 12 minutes after halftime before Sensi cancelled out the veteran's opener with a deflected finish from close-range inside the 67th minute of the match.

Up next for the Azzurri is a tricky encounter against the Netherlands in Amsterdam on Monday, while Bosnia play host to Poland on the same day.

Netherlands' UEFA Nations League campaign in League A got off to a promising start following a 1-0 win over Poland at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam.

The Netherlands, who just lost coach Ronald Koeman to FC Barcelona, started with Liverpool's Virgil Van Dijk and new Manchester City signing Nathan Ake, while the Poles were without star striker Robert Lewandowski.

Following a goalless first half, the Dutch netted the winner eleven minutes from halftime through Tottenham Hotspur's Steven Bergwijn.
