The Euro 2020 Group B Matchday 1 clash between Denmark and Finland has been suspended after Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen collapsed on the field.
Eriksen collapsed near the touchline shortly before half-time with his teammates immediately looking extremely concerned for his wellbeing.
The 29-year-old received extensive medical attention, with his teammates forming a barrier around him.

The teams were eventually moved off the pitch after UEFA confirmed the match had been suspended due to a medical reason.

Christian Eriksen er vågen og er til yderligere undersøgelser på Rigshospitalet.

The European football governing body announced that Eriksen was taken to hospital and has been stabilised.
"Following the medical emergency involving Denmark's player Christian Eriksen, a crisis meeting has taken place with both teams and match officials and further information will be communicated at 19:45 CET," UEFA tweeted.
"The player has been transferred to the hospital and has been stabilised."
