Marumo Gallants FC booked their spot in the CAF Confederation Cup group stages with a 3-1 aggregate win over Ahli Tripoli.
A notable return in the line-up of Gallants came in the form of striker Sede Dion with Lesiba Nku relegated to the bench following the first-leg encounter last Wednesday.
Gallants' intentions to overturn the first-leg deficit were clear inside the opening ten minutes and broke into the lead courtesy of Monde Mphambaniso.
Bahlabane Ba Ntwa went ahead in the overall contest of this particular clash five minutes later when Celimpilo Ngema fired in the second to put the host further ahead.
Ahli Tripoli weren't able to pull a comeback after going down in quick succession and the DStv Premiership outfit controlled matters and went into halftime in cruise mode.
The Limpopo-based side continued their dominance two minutes in the second half and bagged a third through former Baroka FC striker Ranga Chivaviro - leaving Tripoli with a mountain to climb.
Marumo turned to the bench around the closing quarter, with the overall lead intact and made a substitution where Nku came on for Katlego Otladisa.
Further changes came from the host late on with Sven Yidah, Matome Kgoetyane and Ndivhuwo Ravhuhali replacing Sibusiso Kumalo, Thato Khiba and Lebohang Mabotja respectively.
Gallants were not able to add more goals following the closing exchanges, but had done enough to emerge victors and earned a spot in the group stages of the Confederation Cup.
