Kaizer Chiefs defender Dillan Solomons has issued an update on his recovery progress and opened up on his frustration of being sidelined.
The speedy wingback has been out of action since November last year when he suffered a hamstring. He is among a string of injuries that have rocked the Amakhosi camp this season.

The 28-year-old is now on the road back to full recovery but admits, the journey has been a difficult one.
"I am doing well. Obviously, it's been a tricky time for me. I am in full training now and I am feeling good and healthy," Solomons told journalists at the Nedbank Cup draw this week.
"It's just a bit of the match fitness that the coaches are worried about, but hopefully, soon I will be back on the eld," he told the media
"At the start of the season I was out with a shoulder injury and then coming back, it felt really good. And then getting that opportunity against Royal AM in Polokwane.
"I won't forget it because it was a game to try and put myself out there for the coaches and it didn't happen. The hamstring just went. It was frustrating, but I took it as a challenge and to get back was not easy. But I am ready now.
"I am strong and healthy and hopefully, when I get back I can continue where I left off."
