"I'm talking about talented players, not chancers. I'm talking about players who can play anywhere in the world," reveals the man originally from Daveyton on the East Rand, Gauteng.

"These are top-class talented players, they were born with the talent but still hardworking. If we as a country can consistently produce such players, we will never suffer again.

"It's easy to coach such players as the ones I have mentioned here. They are all well-developed."

Aubrey Modiba:

"The left-back, one of the best. That man is a star. I know he is underrated, but he is a star that one. You can see he is well-developed from the School of Excellence to the Coca-Cola [Ed's note: In fact, Nedbank Ke Yona] programme.

Sipho Mbule:

"A SuperSport United product. One of the best talents I have ever witnessed. Let's ignore his [alleged] wayward behaviour."

Sphelele Mkhulise:

"He is properly developed from Mamelodi Sundowns, Tigers, ALS Puk Tawana, and so on."

Relebohile Mofokeng:

"Developed well at the School of Excellence, but [Joseph] 'Duku-Duku' Makhanya also played a vital role during the season Mofokeng spent at the Orlando Pirates DStv Diski Challenge team. But he will always be remembered as a product of the School of Excellence."

Lucas Ribeiro Costa:

"I can say a lot about Brazil, they've produced the likes of Vinicius Jr, Ronaldo, Neymar Jr., - the list can go on and on and on. In Brazil, they believe in development."

Olisa Ndah:

"I don't have the background of his development, but you can see with the way he is tactically aware, how he is composed. And if he is not around, Orlando Pirates struggle. He is the leader."
