The 15th-placed Limpopo side have achieved only a single DStv Premiership win this season in the 11 games they have played so far.
Amakhosi, meanwhile, have managed to secure two wins in their last two encounters after beating AmaZulu and Cape Town City and will be looking to make it a third against TTM at FNB Stadium today (17h00).
"No, we will not allow that to happen," Manzini tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"I believe the guys are ready for the game you know, and in the PSL any team can beat any team. It's not going to be a walk in the park for Chiefs.
"They've got their momentum but our guys are ready. It's going to be a tight game you know so it's not going to be a big score. I believe we have a chance to win.
"We don't want to keep on losing you know because in the second round it's going to be very difficult to get points. Chiefs are still vulnerable you know so we just have to go there and collect maximum points.
"We've been unfortunate but I think against Chiefs we can the turn corner."
