SuperSport United have confirmed the early release of one of their attacking players as they prepare to complete the 2019/20 season without his services.
As earlier confirmed by snl24.com/kickoff, SuperSport have opted not to retain midfielder Thabo Mnyamane beyond the initial term of his contract that ended June 30.
The 27-year-old Bafana Bafana international had fallen down the pecking order at the club in recent times as he registered one goal in just one start this season.
"SuperSport United FC would like to confirm the departure of forward Thabo Mnyamane," read a statement from the club on Wednesday evening.

With just under 50 club appearances and 17 goals to his name, coach Kaitano Tembo has shared a parting message for the player.
"Thabo is a true professional and I really enjoyed working with him. He's a very humble, respectful and talented player. It was very unfortunate that injuries hampered his progress at the club," said Tembo.
"We will always cherish the moments and success we have shared together and commend him for the contribution he has done for the club on and off the field."
