Having left Orlando Pirates recently, the affable playmaker Linda Mntambo has made his first fashion statement at Sekhukhune United.
The story
Mntambo has built a bit of a reputation for his good-natured character, and his departure from Orlando left some fans gutted. Nevertheless, it seems like very little has changed in terms of his off-field antics as he remains a known fashionista.

Some things never change
It is very rare to find anyone who strictly doesn't wear denim and some might agree that the material is arguably the most favourable thing to wear during this season - winter. Mntambo seems to have got the memo as he was spotted looking vibrantly neat in navy all-denim.
In the kasi, this sort of outfit is called "jean-to-jean" and the 32-year-old absolutely rocked the look as he completed it with these trendy new boots with a high platform. Knowing that Figo is a huge supporter of black-owned retail brands, we would not be too surprised to discover if he, in fact, had the look tailored for him by a talented local designer.
End of an era
Mntambo spent five years at Bucs after arriving from Chippa United in July 2018. He would go on to rack up over 70 appearances for the club and won his first major trophy, the MTN8 in 2020/21 - ending a six-year trophy drought for the club.
