Rulani's Wydad 'identify' new transfer target

Rulani Mokwena's Wydad Casablanca are reportedly eyeing a move for a striker who starred in Yanga's thrashing of Kaizer Chiefs.

Coach Mokwena has reportedly asked management to bring in a new striker for the upcoming campaign.

The Red Castle had Osama Arafat Kiza on trial in recent weeks, with the striker starting in the team's recent 1-1 draw  Nahdat Berkane.

However, LeSiteSportInfo has reported that that 20-year-old has returned to Uganda after picking up an injury that is expected to keep him out for two months.

Kiza will no longer accompany the team to Tunisia for pre-season preparations, with Wydad now turning their attention elsewhere.

The report added that the Moroccan giants are now looking at Young Africans' striker Clement Mzizi.

The 20-year-old, who scored against Chiefs recently, is a centre forward but can also play on the left wing when need.

LeSiteSportInfo claim that with Stephane Aziz Ki proving difficult to convince, they are going to try their luck with his teammate Mzizi.
