RB Salzburg vs Liverpool confirmed line-ups: UEFA Champions League, Group E, Red Bull Salzburg Arena

With Liverpool's first league title since 1991 firmly in their sights and sitting comfortably in the Premier League summit, the same can't be said about their Champions League campaign so far this season.

The reds could get knocked out of the competition, as European champions, if one of the most enterprising and youthful sides in Europe have their way tonight.

And their record-breaking wonderkid, Erling Braut Haaland, who is also the top-scorer in the competition, exuded confidence in the pre-match press conference when was asked about tonight's encounter.

"We create a lot of chances and I am confident we will attack the game tomorrow and create more chances - I am confident that we will score."

A solitary point would guarantee second place, however, if Salzburg win by a one-goal margin without conceding three, the Austrian outfit will progress to the last 16, demoting The Reds to the Europa League.

Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Keita, Mane, Salah, Firmino
