Mbappe & PSG held talks after video row

Paris Saint-Germain coach Christopher Galtier has reveals Kylian Mbappe held talks with the club over the promotion video row.

Mbappe released a statement on Thursday expressing his displeasure with the club using him to promote season tickets.

"I just took part in the viewing of the club's re-subscription campaign for the 23-24 season," Mbappe wrote on Instagram.

"At no time was I informed of the content of the interview. It looked like a basic interview during a club marketing day. I don't agree with this published video.

"That's why I'm fighting for the right to the individual image. PSG is a big club and a big family but it is especially not Kylian Saint-Germain."

The promotion was taken down on Thursday evening and Galtier reveals that all is well with the 20-year-old ahead of Saturday night's clash.

"It's very difficult to comment on, it concerns Kylian and the club," Galtier said, as per ESPN.

"Kylian was in a very good mood this morning, he was smiling, he cut short the training session with hip discomfort, but it will not compromise his participation in the Nice game.

"I know there have been a lot of discussions between the management and Kylian. The incident, or misunderstanding, has been cleared up."
