Two more Real Madrid stars 'unhappy' under Ancelotti

Two more Real Madrid players are now reportedly unhappy under manager Carlo Ancelotti, with both recently revealing their frustrations.

Winger Rodrygo and midfielder Eduardo Camavinga have both opened up about their dissatisfaction over the roles they have been requested to play this season.

Considering the wealth of midfield talent the Italian tactician has at his disposal, Ancelotti has opted to deploy a different structure this season to what Real fans have become accustomed to seeing.

With the new-looking diamond midfield, the conventional wide players have been asked to take up a more central position, and Rodrygo expressed his dismay at his new role over the weekend.

"It's always important to be able to play in different roles," the Brazilian said, as per GOAL.

"I've always made it clear that I have a knack for playing on the wings, I just don't like playing as a No. 9, although at my club I have to.

"Here in the national team, I can move all over the field, which has helped my game."

Camavinga, meanwhile, alluded to being unhappy with the left-back position he has been asked to fill.

"I get asked about it every day. I'm someone who plays for the team and when I'm needed," the France international said while on national team duty.

"I didn't know this position before, but it's where I've adapted, either with the French national team or with Real Madrid.

"But I don't particularly like that position.

"I think everyone knows that, but if I have to play there, I do it, even if it's not necessarily with pleasure. I'm still a midfielder."

This all comes after veteran Real midfielder Modric expressed his desire to play more football recently, revealing that he is unsatisfied with the minutes he is currently getting.

The Croatia international admitted that it is a new situation for him to not play as much for Real as he has previously.

"You know I always want to play, I don't want to have breaks, I don't want to have vacations, I just want to play! I love it," he said last week, as per Fabrizio Romano.
