An Africa Cup of Nations-winning head coach is reportedly looking to secure a move to Europe after coaching in Africa for over a decade.
At the beginning of 2022, Aliou Cisse made history as he became the first head coach in Senegal's history to win the continent's biggest football prize when his side thwarted Egypt on penalties.

The 48-year-old has been responsible for the rise of the Lions of Teranga since taking the reins of the West African giants in 2015.
He helped Senegal reach the 2019 AFCON final after first making it to that stage of the competition in 2002, and eventually helped them win the tournament in 2022. He also guided the Kalidou Koulibaly-led nation to back-to-back FIFA World Cup appearances in 2018 and 2022, the first time the nation has ever achieved this feat.
However, earlier this year, the Senegalese Football Federation made the decision to dismiss him, and the former player has been unemployed since.
The esteemed tactician has been linked with numerous managerial jobs in Africa since, but according to Football Insider, Cisse is angling for a move to England.
The Ziguinchor native played in England for Birmingham City and Portsmouth from 2002 to 2006, and it now appears as though he wants to return as a manager.

The same report claims that his representative, Willie McKay, is seeking opportunities for Cisse.
