There have been recent sightings of former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp on South African shores, and you can best believe that the iconic German tactician will be in Cape Town this week for an important occasion.
It's official—Klopp will be gracing the Mother City this week, as the renowned manager attends a special event honouring the journey of the Hout Bay United Football Community Trust (HBUFC).

The event will take place on Thursday evening, 6 March, at The Bay Harbour Market in Hout Bay.
Klopp's ties with HBUFC date back several years, with the 57-year-old believed to be a recurring visitor to Hout Bay. His visits have been largely driven by his commitment to advancing community outreach initiatives.
According to ESPN, Klopp previously pledged a donation of £10,000 to the Joy is Round initiative, which is run by HBUFC.
Moreover, a 2017 event attended by Klopp was said to have raised over R300,000 for the club.
The upcoming event, which celebrates HBUFC's 10th anniversary, will see Klopp engage in various discussions, including locker-room conversations, offering insights into the experiences and expertise of a world-class coach famed for his immense success in football.
Additionally, the initiative will help raise crucial donations needed to advance the community development efforts of HBUFC.
Notably, the work Klopp has done over the last decade seems to be paying dividends for Liverpool, despite his departure at the end of the 2023/24 campaign.
Liverpool appear to be on course to win the Premier League this season, as the club currently hold a 13-point lead at the top of the table with just 10 matches remaining.
The foundation laid by the German in Merseyside seems to have given current boss Arne Slot a strong platform, and he now has the opportunity to become only the fifth manager in history to win the Premier League in their first season—joining the likes of Jose Mourinho, Carlo Ancelotti, Manuel Pellegrini, and Antonio Conte.
