Khenyeza has been missing from Naturena for the past three weeks and gives claims that this is due to his personal problems with Amakhosi coach Muhsin Ertugral, who is said to have blasted him in front of his teammates after the recent Phakisa Cup tournament held in Sasolburg.
The Lidgetton-born striker’s agent Glyn Binkin has confirmed that the player is back from Durban and that he will be meeting the player today in a bid to sort out his problems with Kaizer Chiefs.
Amakhosi boss Kaizer Motaung appears not to have closed the door on Khenyeza and says in his weekly column: “Our efforts to resolve the matter concerning Khenyeza remains a disturbing sore during these exciting times. We are, however, committed to dealing with the matter after the Vodacom Challenge and hope that the player is helped in whatever manner possible.”
