Ronaldo reacts after reaching 500 club with four-goal haul

Cristiano Ronaldo has now reacted to reaching a massive new landmark in his professional career following his stunning four-goal haul on Thursday night.

Following a mixed start to life in the Middle East, the striker has hit back at critics by finding the net four times in about 40 minutes to help his team to a 4-0 win over in their Saudi Pro League clash against Al Wehda on Thursday.

As such, Ronaldo has now scored 503 league goals for the five clubs he played for in his lengthy career, with 311 of those strikes being scored in his time in LaLiga with Real Madrid.

"I'm really happy for the goals I scored today, but what made me happier is being able to help my teammates to win this game," the 38-year-old told SSC Channel.

he later took to Instagram to write: "Great feeling to have scored 4 goals and reaching my 500th league goal in a very solid win by the team."
