FC Barcelona sensation Lamine Yamal has spoken out about the racism he has been subjected to when facing Real Madrid.
There have been several high-profile incidents of racism in the Spanish top flight, with players like Vinícius Júnior, Alejandro Balde, and Lamine Yamal being subjected to racist chants and insults during matches in recent times.

The aforementioned Barcelona duo were racially abused during Barça's 4-0 thrashing of Real in El Clásico in October 2024 at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The following month, the Spanish National Police issued a statement on X, revealing that: "Three [people] arrested for uttering racist remarks against two football players during El Clasico played last October.
"Those arrested made xenophobic statements that violated the dignity and moral integrity of both."
Speaking to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, Lamine Yamal was asked how he felt after being racially abused at the Bernabéu.
The 17-year-old explained: "When you're winning 0-3 or 0-4 they can tell you anything, in the end they can't do anything. They are watching you play, they are watching you beat them in their stadium.
"They are seeing how they can't get to the ball and it's the only thing they have left. So, as Balde said, let them call me black or whatever... I am and it doesn't bother me. We are proud.
"And in the end, when they are winning, they don't shout anything at you. That's when they lose. And that's it. Obviously, it's wrong, it's not to be defended.
"There is no room for this in soccer. They have to get out of the stadium. But well, the Federation already knows it, everyone has seen it, and they have to take the necessary measures."
Asked if he would ever accept an offer from Los Blancos, the teenager bluntly remarked: "Impossible. Madrid, no."
