'This game will pave our way to the final'

Former Bafana Bafana hard man and AFCON winner Linda 'Mercedes Benz' Buthelezi believes South Africa plays the best football in the Africa Cup Of Nations that is currently underway in Ivory Coast.

Bafana need at least to hold their 1996 AFCON final opponents Tunisia, to a draw to qualify for the last 16.

"We will win this one against Tunisia, this is the game that will pave our way to the final," a confident Buthelezi tells KickOff.

"I have watched every team in the AFCON and none of them play the type of football we are dishing out. We are too fast for their liking. These boys are on fire, I'm happy Siyanda Xulu has been dropped, he was a liability.

"Let's forget about our first game, but our second game showed we can easily reach the final and go on to face Senegal in the final. We are playing top class football and the team spirit is showing on the field. The boys they understand exactly what coach Hugo Broos expects from them," added the legend.

"At the moment, Senegal is the only team that comes close to us. They do the talking on the field. With the confidence gained after the Namibia game, it will now be difficult for the other countries to beat us.

"As a team, once your team spirit is high automatically you become unstoppable."

Kick-Off at Amadou Gon Coulibally Stadium is 19:00.
