Banyana Banyana have been drawn into the same group as Nigeria at the Women's AFCON

Banyana have been drawn into Group B with Nigeria, Zambia and Kenya, who have come in as replacements for Equatorial Guinea after the west Africans were disqualified.

Banyana will take on record winners Nigeria on November 18 at Cape Coast Stadium to open their campaign. They'll know the importance of getting a good result in their first group match to set themselves up for a memorable tournament.

The COSAFA Women's Championship winners will then take on Kenya on November 21 at the same venue, before coming up against Zambia in their final group match three days later at Accra Stadium.

Group A consists of hosts Ghana, Algeria, Mali and Cameroon, who were the hosts of the last AFCON in 2016.

The mission for Banyana is to qualify for the FIFA World Cup in France. The top three sides will qualify for the showpiece set to be played next year.
