Mamelodi Sundowns have been drawn alongside last season's CAF Champions League finalists in Wednesday's group stage draw.
Sundowns cruised into the group stage phase after humiliating Cote d'Or 16-1 on aggregate last month, which included a 11-1 win in the second leg.
The Brazilians, who are the only South African side left in the tournament, were seeded in pot 2.
As a resut, Sundowns were drawn alongside USM Alger, Petro de Luanda and Wydad Casablanca in Group C.
One spot in the group stages has not yet been confirmed as there is still a wait for the winner of the first-round, second leg tie between Generation Foot and Zamalek, which is scheduled to take place on 24 October.
