After winning the reverse fixture in Casablanca, Raja made three changes in Mohamed Douik, Zakari El Wardi and Zakaria El Habti in attack.
Entering the match with just one win in the group, Kabylie targeted a second victory to revive their chances of progressing to the quarterfinals.
Both sides made a slow start to the match; however defences from either side remained on high alert as attacks flew in from all angles of the pitch.
Following a goalless first half, Raja introduced the first change straight after halftime as Abdelilah Madkour replaced El Habti in a like-for-like switch.
A slow start just as in the first spell continued in the second stanza, with challenges flying in from both sides whilst clear-cut chances remained a scarcity.
Kabylie, who fired the most efforts on goal, looked promising on the attack but Raja dropped numbers behind the ball following every move from the home side.
The visitors however almost stole victory seven minutes to full-time through a header at the back post by Madkour, but it wasn't enough to beat Oussama Benbot leaving the points shared.
