Mamelodi Sundowns have landed safely in Algeria on Christmas Eve in preparation for their CAF Champions League match against USM Alger.
Sundowns players and staff will spend the Christmas Day away from their families as they gear up their third Group C encounter on Saturday evening.
The Brazilians coach Pitso Mosimane has confirmed that his team will have their first training session in Algiers on Wednesday.
"We train on the 25th December. We will try maybe to do something with the embassy. You may never know if the embassy is still around in that space or if our people are there.
"We can do something for the boys and if we don't go to the embassy then we will see what we can do at the hotel to pep ourselves up.
"But Ja, we have to train on Christmas Day. It's part of it because the game is on the 28th."
The club have also made provision for their fans back home to keep tabs on the action, with a broadcast line-up via online stream.
