The race for continental titles has begun and South Africa's representative in the CAF Confederation Cup have now learnt who their opponents for the first and second Preliminary Rounds will be.
Stellenbosch, who finished third in the domestic league, as well as Sekhukhune, who placed fourth, will be flying the South African flag on continental soil.
Stellies will face Eswatini's Nsingizini Hotspurs in the first Preliminary Round, with DR Congo giants AS Vita Club awaiting the winner of this fixture second Preliminary Round. Steve Barker's men will be expected to breeze past their opponents from across the border, but will know a baptism of fire awaits them in Kinshasa.
Babina Noko, however, will not feature in the first Preliminary Round but await the see winner between Elgeco Plus of Madagascar and Angolan outfit CD Luanda, for a second Preliminary Round meeting. They went as far as the group stage last time out and will fancy their chances of doing better.
