With AC Milan star Zlatan Ibrahimovic set to turn 41 next week, the striker already seems to have a clear idea of what he'll be doing in post-retirement after making his acting debut. Here's a look.
The story
The Sweden international will star in the French action-comedy 'Asterix Obelix: The Middle Kingdom' where plays a Roman gladiator named Caius Antivirus.
The veteran centre-forward doesn't look too far off retirement as persistent injuries have disrupted any sort of momentum on the pitch for the reigning Italian champions.

The player has, however, remained coy about when he will actually hang up his boots despite having made his professional debut for Swedish outfit Malmo in 1999.
Given his sometimes humourous God-like personality, Ibrahimivoc seems prepared to call time on his footballing career, although we cannot confirm if he'll be taking up acting on a consistent basis like former Chelsea and Leeds United midfielder Vinnie Jones, who has starred in blockbuster films such as Gone In 60 Second alongside Nicholas Cage and Angelina Jolie.
