Mamelodi Sundowns boss Rulani Mokwena has seemingly picked up a new hobby during the mid season break. Check it out!
What Happened?
The DStv premiership players are currently on a break and many players are enjoying their holiday with their loved ones while others continue to train as they look to improve their shape ahead of the second half of the season.
Interestingly, Bernard Parker recently revealed that he is taking up yoga which is a method that helped many footballers used to help them prolong their careers and stay injury free while it also helps people with their mental health.
It appears that Mokwena is the latest to jump on the bandwagon as he recently revealed on Instagram that he is taking yoga with instructor 'Yana Pana' as she is named on Instagram.

In the stressful environment that footballers are subjected to, doing mind and body practice can only be beneficial as yoga helps with increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, maintaining a balanced metabolism.
