The 24-year-old joins after spending a season with TS Galaxy after having played for the most successful club in Rwanda – APR FC – along with AS Kigali.
"Moving to Chiefs is the biggest achievement for the boy, especially for us in the goalkeeping family," says retired goalkeeper Aime Kitenge, who hails from neighbouring Burundi.

"Being at Chiefs means he will grow his game competing with the other keepers at the club to become the number one.
"As a foreign player, he must know that he needs to remember where he comes from and why he is in this country.

"He will need to stay on his toes.
"I have always followed him since he came here and have watched how he plays and is making us proud as people from the twin countries of Rwanda and Burundi," adds Kitenge, who hails from neighbouring Burundi.
