The Brazilians announced on Monday that it had secured the services of the defender on a long-term contract from SuperSport United.

While he may have been acquired by Masandawana for his outstanding abilities on the football pitch, Johannes is also somewhat of a trend-setter and an exemplary person of fashion.
In one outfit, Johannes kept things simple with a grey sweatpants and matched it with a darker grey hoodie, and accessorised it with a fancy wristwatch.

Over the course of the 2023/24 campaign, Johannes got 21 appearances under his belt, and the full-back will be looking to collect as much game time as he can at his new club as will likely try to establish himself as a regular in the team.
The club confirmed that the 23-year-old will join up with his new teammates in Austria to participate in the remaining matches of the pre-season tour to get ready for the upcoming season.
