Iqraam Rayners' Man-of-the-Match earnings from the Carling Knockout have reached R500 000 following his latest accolade from the weekend.
Rayners was voted as the winner of the R100 000 cheque after scoring a brace in Mamelodi Sundowns' 4-0 humiliation of Kaizer Chiefs at FNB Stadium on Saturday.

The 28-year-old had fun in the 70 minutes that he spent on the pitch, before being replaced by Kutlwano Letlhaku.
His special connection with the League Cup under the Carling sponsorship means that he now has half-a-million rands from the six matches that he has played in this competition.
Rayners has been Man of the Match in five of those six fixtures.
This means every minute of the 493 that he has played in the Carling has been worth just over R1000.
Last season, Rayners won all four 'Man of the match' awards on the way to lifting the trophy with Stellenbosch FC.

Then at Sundowns, he missed out in the 5-0 destruction of Golden Arrows in the first round when Tashreeq Matthews got the award.
Rayners has scored seven goals in nine appearances since arriving at Chloorkop at the beginning of the season.
