Milford Stallions snapped a five-match winless run in the Motsepe Foundation Championship with a 1-0 victory over Venda Football Academy on Sunday.
There were no goals in the first half as the two just sussed out each other than going guns blazing in looking to pull each other apart in the grand scheme of things.
However, the match were settled near the close of play with the host managing to find the all important strike and ensured the points.

Casric, though, have swiftly brought their campaign back on track and shot up to the top-five with the winner coming from Lebohang Lesako in the middle of the first period.

Highbury FC got back to winning ways to continue their steady push for a promotion-spot following a 2-0 victory over University of Pretoria.

Kruger United failed to cement fifth-place in the Motsepe Foundation Championship following a 3-1 loss to Pretoria Callies on Saturday.
The Romans bounced back from last weekend's goalless draw at Upington City to remain in mid-table, whereas Kruger dropped to seventh spot due to the loss.
Starlet Keagile Malepe bagged a brace to steer the host on their way before Ntsako Mathebula joined in the mix as Mziwokuthula Zimu responded for the visitors.
Black Leopards 1-0 Orbit College
Orbit College inconsistent spell in the top-two chase continued and remained third on the table after going down 1-0 to Black Leopards.
The College charges resumed the campaign last weekend positively with victory over bottom-placed Leruma United but couldn't repeat the same feat this time around.
Leopards overcome a run of eight matches without a win as long-serving Donald Makgetlwa separated the outfits on the day.

JDR Stars ended a run of back-to-back draws to regain second-place and move within a point off leaders Durban City with a 2-1 win over Leruma United.
The Hammerboys were in the lead at halftime courtesy of an early finish by Banele Hlophe, but Leruma raced back late on and seemed on course for a point.
However, the home team reigned clear in the end when Train Mokhabi netted with minutes to go to see his outfit over the line and the maximum points too.

Baroka FC and Hungry Lions shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw in a mid-table clash and saw their chances to move further up table derailed.
