Both teams are fighting for survival, with Celtic in 13th place on the table with 23 points from 23 matches - two points above second-from-bottom Highlands, who have played an extra match.
Rikhotso is available again after missing the 2-1 Nedbank Cup quarter-final loss to Orlando Pirates on the weekend with a hamstring injury.
"Yes, I had a hamstring injury but now I'm fine," Rikhotso tells snl24.com/kickoff. "It feels good to be back. A lot of catching up to do but but I'm ready to sweat all the way for a victory."
Rikhotso is well aware of the stakes ahead of the 19h30 kick-off.
"A challenging game for sure. Mostly for me having being absent from the pitch recently but I will give it my utmost best. We will be both bringing our A-game and as a defender I can imagine the pressure we are going to experience at the back. We are both fighting to walk away with three points and with the faith I have in my team, we are in it to win it."
