Story Behind My Nickname: Bill Clinton

Due to his appearance, the Serbian was nicknamed "Bill Clinton", the former American politician and attorney who served as the 42nd president of the United States from 1993 to 2001.

"The nickname came from Nigeria, at Enyimba.

"I don't know who told you guys about my nickname at that time, but when I come to South Africa it was already there.

"From my side, I don't believe we look the same, but for the Nigerian fans, it's all the same.

"I don't have any problem with it though, I can't really do anything about it, people created it, so I can't change anything about it.

"There back in Nigeria at that time everybody called me by that, and even some coaches, I don't think they remember my real name.

"But I had other nicknames in Tanzania and South Africa later. In Swahili, Sita Bila.

"In SA somebody from TV, a commentator, called me 'attack, attack, attack!"
