The Premier Soccer League has revealed the first round of fixtures for the 2019/20 Absa Premiership, with the Tshwane Derby set to kick things off.
Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns will host rivals SuperSport United on Saturday, August 3, in a 15h00 kick-off at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
Soweto giants Orlando Pirates will host Bloemfontein Celtic at Orlando Stadium, in a match which could see Bucs new signings Tshegofatso Mabasa, Kabelo Dlamini and Bongani Sam taking on their former side.
Pirates' Soweto rivals Kaizer Chiefs have a tricky match away from home against Highlands Park at Makhulong Stadium (15h00) on Sunday, August 4. Also on Sunday, Golden Arrows will host Maritzburg United, who survived relegation via the play-offs, in a KZN derby.
New boys Stellenbosch FC, meanwhile, will host Chippa United iat Coetzenburg Stadium, also at 15h00 on Saturday.
