The Namibian is on 99 goals for the champions and needs just one more to reach triple figures and become only the second to ever do so at the club after Daniel 'Mambush' Mudau.
Shalulile's 99 strikes for The Brazilians have come from 193 appearances, putting him at an average of a goal before the end of every second match.
Besides the 100-mark chase, the next goal that the 31-year-old scores will also carry the significance of pushing him into double figures in this campaign.
This will be the sixth consecutive season that Shalulile has been on double numbers on the scoring charts having had 15, 23, 30, 22, 19 in the last five.
However, reaching 100 goals is turning into a long walk after failing to score in the last three games for Sundowns against Sekhukhune United, Kaizer Chiefs, and Golden Arrows.
He has started all three, playing from start to finish in two of them.
