Wome was with Pirates and Sundowns in between stints with Free State Stars and SuperSport United during his six-and-a-half-year stay in South Africa.
He then left for Togo before playing in Latvia, Kuwait, and Iraq.
The 31-year-old has now joined Togolese champions ASKO de Kara ahead of the club's CAF Champions League campaign.
Wome joins from fellow local club Gomido.
His contract length was not disclosed.
ASKO de Kara finished as champions of Togo last month to book their place in the 2022/23 CAF Champion League.
Wome played continental football with SuperSport during his time at the club.
