Richards Bay have appointed former Cape Town All Stars coach Brandon Truter

The club has confirmed the appointment of Brandon Truter ahead of the new campaign. Truter was at the helm of Cape Town All Stars last season, but the club has since been sold to Tim Sukazi and will be named TS Galaxy.

Truter takes over from Sello Ntuli, who served as the club's caretaker coach following the departure of Jean Francois Loscuito towards the end of the season.

“Brandon Truter is our new coach,” club’s chairman Sifiso Biyela tells snl24.com/kickoff

It will be the second time Truter is coaching in KwaZulu-Natal. He was previously the assistant coach to Allan Freese at Royal Eagles.

Richards Bay started last season with Roger Sikhakhane in charge and will be hoping Truter can lead them to success next term after they finished the past campaign in 12th place.
