The Free State Stars winger lost his life in a vehicle accident last week, having signed four-year deal on a pre-contract with Wits.
"I met them [Wits management] and they explained to me very well and we agreed," Rush Hour Sports Management's Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"Because his contract was supposed to start on July 1, it was not yet active, and so it was declared null and void.
"If he had passed away on the first of July then they would have paid everything, so we agreed with Wits that no one is owed anything, there is no finger-pointing towards each other."
