Al Ahly have reportedly made a big transfer decision after losing the CAF Super Cup final this past weekend.
The Red Devils are now ready to bring in one more new player to strengthen the squad before the local registration period closes on 25 October, according to Egyptian news site Sout Al-Omma.

The decision is said to have come after the Marcel Koller-led side suffered a 4-3 defeat on penalties to domestic rivals Zamalek after the pair played to a 1-1 draw when they faced off in the encounter that pits the winners of last season's CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup against one another last Friday.
In the aftermath of that result, forwards Percy Tau, Hussein El Shahat, and Taher Mohamed received much criticism for a "decline" in their level of performance.
As such, the Egyptian giants are thought to now be looking at bolstering their front line, which has been described as "suffering from offensive sterility".
Against the White Castle, Al Ahly took seven shots, of which four were on target, but only managed to convert one of those opportunities, with the goal coming from a penalty that Wessam Abou Ali converted just before half-time.
After substitute Naser Mansy found the back of the net in the 77th minute to level matters, the Red Devils came close to finding a winner in the dying moments, but Rami Rabia's header sailed over the bar and the match had to be decided on penalties.
Tau was brought off the pitch in the 65th minute, and reports have suggested that the South African was angry about the call to take him out of the game.

Koller, meanwhile, is said to have given his side a five-day break following the defeat.
