Hugo Broos' men will first meet Lesotho on Friday, 21 March, at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, before travelling to face Benin away from home on 25 March.

Benin, on the other hand, will also face another Southern African team when they take on Zimbabwe before their game against Bafana.

Benin manager Gernot Rohr has now confirmed the squad that will take part in the two upcoming matches, including Bundesliga star Steve Mounie of FC Augsburg.

As things stand, Rwanda, Bafana, and Benin are tied on seven points in Group C after four matches.

The winner of the group will earn direct qualification for the World Cup next year in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
