Meanwhile, there was also an issue with the game between Pyramids FC and AS FAR Rabat, with the visiting fans denied entry in to the stadium.

The Moroccan club have accused Pyramids of not providing enough tickets for the visiting section.

As a result, WinWin have reported that the the CAF Security and Safety Department held a meeting on Thursday to deal with the supporters issue.

The meeting was attended by all occupants in the Champions League and Confederation Cup quarter-finals, including Sundowns, Orlando Pirates, and Stellenbosch.

The report claims that CAF and the clubs came to an agreement to employ a fan club official for each team to help coordinate and liaise with supporters at the stadiums.

CAF has also asked the various national associations to communicate with the clubs to tighten security measures ahead of the return legs this week.
