The 26-year-old played in a friendly for Zamalek on Thursday, which ended in a defeat to Petrojet.
KingFut have now reported that the White Knight have decided not to sign the former Reds and Rangers winger for the new season.
Ejaria got the trial after a recommendation by head coach Jose Gomes, who coached the player at Reading in the English Championship.
The midfielder was expected to be assessed over a ten-day period with Zamalek in Egypt, but the club have decided to not offer the player a deal after just three days on trial.
The 26-year-old had already previously had trials with Oxford United and Plymouth Arygle, but he now remains a free agent two months into the 2024/25 season.
