Tuchel fuming with loanee scoring against Bayern

Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel was fuming with the fact that loanee Josip Stanisic was allowed to play against his parent club after scoring for Bayer Leverkusen.

Xabi Alonso's charges moved five points clear at the top of the Bundesliga after thrashing the Bavarians 3-0 at the BayArena.

Stanisic joined Leverkusen on loan from Bayern at the start of the season and managed to get one of three goals on Saturday night.

In the Premier League, players are not permitted to play against their parent club although that rule does not apply in the German top-flight, much to the annoyance of Tuchel.

"In England there's a nice rule where when you loan a player out, they can't play against you," Tuchel said, as per Daily Mail.

"For me that makes more sense. The rule unfortunately doesn't exist in Germany."

Meanwhile, Thomas Muller did not hold back when discussing the team's display against Leverkusen.

"What do I think we were missing? In training we show what we can do much better because we are courageous, because we play football freely," Mueller said.

"What we're missing is the guts and some freedom to play.

"Leverkusen were taking risks, looking for solutions and playing football.

"We're playing from A to B, B to C, and nobody plays freely or takes risks."

"There are some consequences that you can see on the pitch and that's why I'm pissed off," he added.
